Traffic stalled on Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge after rear-ender collision Friday afternoon

AGASSIZ — Drivers heading into Agassiz may have to prepare for delays after two vehicles were involved in a traffic incident Friday afternoon (Jan. 16).

RCMP and emergency responders were paged out to the Agassiz-Rosedale Bridge due to a rear-end vehicle incident shortly after 2 p.m.

Scanner traffic reported all occupants out of the vehicles, with two cars needing to be towed and one ambulance on scene to treat minor injuries.

Witnesses allege the collision involved one small blue car and a black BMW.

DriveBC shows traffic has been reduced to single-lane alternating as a result.
