Two in serious condition after crash between minivan and truck on No. 3 Road

CHILLIWACK — Two patients have been taken to hospital after a serious motor vehicle incident between a truck and a minivan in Chilliwack early Friday afternoon (Sep. 4).

Scanner traffic reported a collision involving a minivan and a large truck on No. 3 Road, by the Fisherman’s Corner, just before 1 p.m.

BCEHS says multiple primary care and advanced care paramedics were paged out to the 41000 block of the road, including an air ambulance with critical care paramedics and a paramedic supervisor.

First responders gave emergency care and took one patient to hospital by ground in serious but stable condition, and a second patient was airlifted to hospital in serious condition.
