Chilliwack small business to hold hiring fair this week

CHILLIWACK – A Chilliwack small business will hold a hiring fair as it prepares for the busy summer season.

Kent’s Ice Cream Co., located in the Little Mountain area of Chilliwack, says it will hold a hiring fair this Saturday, February 14 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 47582 Yale Road.

“We’re getting ready for our upcoming season & are looking for some individuals to join our scooping team!” the company said.

The company says prospective applicants can apply to work at either one of its locations, 47582 Yale Road or 5535 Vedder Road.

Interested candidates just need to bring their resume this Saturday and Kent’s will interview people on the spot.
