New restaurant opens in Chilliwack at Eagle Landing
CHILLIWACK — A family-owned restaurant in B.C. that began in Northern British Columbia before relocating to Vancouver Island has expanded to the Fraser Valley with a new location in Chilliwack.
Jordan Porth from Happy Jack’s Restaurant tells Fraser Valley Today that the sit-down restaurant held a soft opening on Tuesday, December 9 and is now officially open for business featuring a full liquor license.
Happy Jack’s Restaurant occupies the former Original Joe’s at 302-8249 Eagle Landing Parkway, across from Galaxy Cinemas. Happy Jack’s Restaurant hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
“Happy Jack’s is a family-owned BC restaurant that began in Northern B.C. in a small town called Houston before relocating to Vancouver Island and has recently expanded to the Fraser Valley with our second location at Eagle Landing,” Porth said. “Our restaurant offers a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere with approachable comfort food and drinks, designed to be an enjoyable gathering place for families, friends, and the local community.”
