As a Chilliwack product and former Abbotsford Senior standout, Edwards, a 6-foot-5 wing, was a two-sport captain in football and basketball and recognized as the Top Overall Student in his grad class.

“At Sardis Secondary Basketball, we’re proud to have coaches who lead with knowledge, passion, and care — and Coach Jalen embodies all of that and more,” the school wrote. “Coach Jalen will be working with all boys within the boys program while focusing on the JR Boys.
