Hockey player-turned-country artist set to play at Chilliwack Mural Festival
CHILLIWACK — A former hockey player is skating by Chilliwack with a guitar and a dream this weekend for the Mural Festival Street Party.
Mark Ledlin had been playing professionally on German ice for 10 years when he finally made the full pivot towards a country music career in 2024.
He’ll be hitting the Sasquatch Stage with an ice-breaking new single titled, “Jealous of Jesus.”
“The song walks a bit of a line in regard to being jealous of something so many believe in, but it’s really not religion at all,” Ledlin said.
