Pedestrian struck by train in Chilliwack Sunday morning
UPDATE 11:15 A.M. MONDAY: A spokesperson for the Chilliwack RCMP detachment has confirmed that a 43-year-old woman died after being struck by a train Sunday morning (July 13) in Chilliwack.
“On July 13, 2025, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Chilliwack RCMP responded to a report of a pedestrian being struck by a train near Aitken Road. Tragically, a 43-year-old Chilliwack woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. No further details will be released,” Chilliwack RCMP wrote in an email to Fraser Valley Today.
