CHILLIWACK — A coffee kiosk is slated to open soon at the Cottonwood Centre mall in Chilliwack.

A coffee kiosk with branded signage is now stationed inside a secondary entrance to Cottonwood, on the Sephora and Club 16 side of the mall.

The name of the new business is E11ven Cafe & Protein Bar. The company is currently hiring for a full-time barista, one with barista skills, customer service experience, a positive attitude and a passion for coffee.

The company that apparently built the kiosk is Durak Homes, a general contractor, since it has its branded banner across the front of the kiosk.

Fraser Valley Today has reached out to Mark Davis, general manager of PCI Warrington, the leasing company at Cottonwood, for further comment on the opening date of the kiosk.

Once it opens, it will be Cottonwood’s newest business, following the recent opening of SoftMoc, a shoe store with approximately 135 locations in Canada, including stores in Abbotsford, Langley and Surrey. It sells a multitude of popular brands like Crocs, Cole Haan, Columbia, Teva, Ugg, Skechers, Reebok, Puma, Merrell, Dr. Martens and much more.

After E11ven Cafe and Protein Bar opens, the next business slated to open at Cottonwood Centre mall will be Sunrise Records, a store selling vinyl records and physical media. The distinctly Canadian franchise has been been in business for nearly five decades; it was founded in Toronto in 1977.
