CHILLIWACK — A patient has been taken to hospital after a car crash that left them injured in Rosedale, east of Chilliwack, on Saturday (May 17).
At 2:43 p.m., emergency crews were called out to a motor vehicle incident at Yale Road and Reeves Road, in which the vehicle struck a tree 10 feet off the road. One occupant was struggling to get out and reporting a lot of pain, possibly due to an injury on their right leg.
BCEHS said one ambulance with primary care paramedics and one ambulance with advanced care paramedics responded to the scene.
Vehicle extrication was requested, and the patient was out of the vehicle at around 3:10 p.m.
