PEDESTRIAN STRUCK
AbbyPD seeks witnesses for minor hit-and-run Wednesday afternoon

ABBOTSFORD — The Abbotsford Police Department is investigating a minor pedestrian collision earlier this week.
On February 26th at around 2:40 p.m., police say a pedestrian was crossing north at the intersection of Townline Road and Blueridge Drive when they were struck by a westbound white SUV. The vehicle then fled the scene along Blueridge Drive. Fortunately, the pedestrian got off with only minor injuries.
The driver is described as a Caucasian man in his forties with brown hair and a brown beard.
Witnesses or drivers with dashcam footage from the area at the time of the incident are asked to come forward and speak to police, quoting AbbyPD File 25-8195.
