District of Hope appoints co-founder of Hope brewery as its new communications advisor

HOPE — The District of Hope has welcomed Danielle Laporte as its new communications and systems analysis advisor.

In a statement posted to social media Tuesday (Feb. 18), the municipality says Laporte maintains a deep connection to the greater Hope community due to her extensive career in marketing, business communications and her role in co-founding Mountainview Brewing, a popular venue in Hope along Old Hope-Princeton Way.

“With her expertise and passion for storytelling, she’ll be working to enhance communication, strengthen local engagement, and help share Hope’s story far and wide,” the district said of Laporte, who was raised in Hope.
