Large-scale industrial site expected to sell above $100M in Mission
MISSION — A nearly 87-acre parcel of industrial land is up for grabs on the Fraser River bank, only 20 minutes north of the U.S. border crossing.
The Mission Industrial Waterfront Lands are eight individual titles located south of Lougheed Highway. Buyers can develop the lands for uses like manufacturing and mini-storage, though the City of Mission’s Waterfront plan also allows high-density rezoning for retail, six-storey mixed-use buildings, hotels, and more.
“The price guidance will be provided confidentially to prospective investors,” said Vancouver-based broker Mark Goodman in a statement. “However, we expect the property to sell above $100 million.”
The listing cites Fraser Valley’s exponential growth as a location selling point– with 2021 census data showing that Mission’s numbers jumped by 7.7 per cent from 2016.
