Sounds of the holidays: Brass and winds set to shine at Chilliwack Christmas Celebration

CHILLIWACK – A pair of Fraser Valley musical groups are just days away from joining forces for a holiday concert at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre.

The Chilliwack Christmas Celebration, hosted by the Chilliwack Community Band and the Fraser Valley Concert Winds, promises an evening filled with the thrill of live brass and wind instruments in one festive event Tuesday evening.

Zach Power and Paula DeWit will conduct this collaborative performance, described as “a night filled with energy, emotion, and holiday cheer.”

Audiences can look forward to timeless holiday classics and a diverse concert band repertoire, including joyous carols and majestic fanfares that highlight the beauty of brass and wind instruments.
