Coquitlam RCMP seize drugs, stolen goods and weapons from stolen vehicle
COQUITLAM— Coquitlam RCMP responded to a suspicious vehicle report last week, resulting in the seizure of drugs, stolen goods, and weapons from a stolen vehicle in an underground parking lot earlier this month.
A RCMP news release Friday (Aug. 16), reports the RCMP received a call about a suspicious vehicle in the area of North Road and Smith Street on August 6. The vehicle, parked in the underground lot of an apartment building, was identified as stolen from a neighboring community. Officers quickly responded to the scene and located the vehicle.

Notably, a plastic container containing suspected purple fentanyl was also found.
