Chilliwack opens playoff series with Alberni Valley Friday

CHILLIWACK — The second round of the BCHL playoffs begin Friday night (Apr. 19) across the league, including a game at the Chilliwack Coliseum between the Chiefs and the Alberni Valley Bulldogs.

The Chiefs haven’t played since completing a four-game sweep of Langley on April 9. The Bulldogs needed seven games to defeat the Coquitlam Express, clinching the series Tuesday night.

The two clubs met four times over the regular season with each team winning their home games.

Game one Friday night at the Coliseum will begin at 7 p.m. Game two is scheduled for Saturday night at the Coliseum at 7 p.m.

89.5 JR Country is the voice of the Chiefs this season. Chiefs games will be broadcast weekly and other games will be streamed online at 89.5 JR Country.
