Tickets on sale for Chilliwack Restorative Justice’s 1990s-themed fundraiser to mark its 25th anniversary
CHILLIWACK — Join Chilliwack Restorative Justice for an evening of nostalgia, fun, and philanthropy next week as the non-profit organization celebrates its legacy of community service and lays the groundwork for another 25 years of positive change.
They’re billing it as a retro-themed 1990s-era event that will fund their ongoing efforts to support safer schools and communities in Chilliwack. Chilliwack Restorative Justice will hold its signature fundraiser next week Saturday, April 6 from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Bridlewoods Event Center, 46191 Chilliwack Lake Road.
“Get ready to immerse yourself in all things 90s while supporting a cause that’s close to our hearts: safer schools and communities,” CRJ said in a news release. “As we celebrate 25 years of impactful work, we invite you to be a part of this special occasion and make a difference in the lives of those around us.”
A ticket to the fundraiser entitles attendees to a gourmet meal courtesy of PalaTable catering, including tantalizing appetizers and mouth-watering sweets; a glass of mimosa/champagne on arrival; live music from Jana Seale as she produces iconic tunes from the 1990s; trivia games from the 1990s, with prizes awarded to the sharpest minds and quickest fingers; a silent auction, and a prize for the best dressed. Organizers encourage attendees to show up in their best scrunchies, platform shoes and come dressed in your best 90s attire for a chance to a win a prize.
