11th annual Hometown Hoedown for Hospice to feature BBQ dinner, music and live auction Apr. 6 in Chilliwack
CHILLIWACK — Come for the delicious barbeque dinner and stick around for live music from local band Cold Chain and the ever popular mechanical bull.
The 11th annual Hometown Hoedown for Hospice, presented by Kel-Mor Enterprises, promises to be an entertaining event on Saturday, April 6 from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. at Evergreen Hall, with all proceeds to benefit the programs and services of Chilliwack Hospice Society.
In addition to a hearty BBQ dinner from Smoke and Bones, there will be dancing, drinks, and a silent and live auction. This signature fundraising event raises funds to support the grief and palliative care support programs and services Chilliwack Hospice Society provides free of cost to children, youth and adults in Chilliwack and the surrounding communities.
The online auction will open to the public on Sunday, March 31 at 3 p.m. Bidding will continue until 10:30 p.m. on the night of the Hoedown event. Please note, tickets will not be available at the door. This event sells out every year.
