New physiotherapy clinic opens on Vedder Road in Chilliwack

CHILLIWACK — A new physiotherapy clinic has opened up in a shopping centre on Vedder Road in Sardis, giving Chilliwack residents another option in town when it comes to WorkSafeBC, MSP and ICBC claims.

Restore Mobility Physio & Wellness recently began operating in unit 206 at 7592 Vedder Road, in the former Canadian Tire commercial centre, next to Liberty Tax.

The clinic offers a wide variety of services including physiotherapy, sports therapy, massage therapy, pelvic floor therapy, vestibular rehab, cold laser therapy, manual therapy and more. The clinic accepts WorkSafeBC, MSP and ICBC claims.

One of the clinic’s staff members is Priscilla Augustine, who finished her bachelor’s degree in physiotherapy in 2015. She moved from India to Canada in 2019 and finished her B.C. licensing exams in 2021. She has been working as a fully registered physiotherapist since 2021, and has done further certification in vestibular rehabilitation from the University of Alberta.

“Priscilla is a highly skilled and dedicated physiotherapist who understands that each patient is unique and requires personalized treatment,” according to the clinic’s website. “She is committed to providing comprehensive and effective physiotherapy solutions to help her patients recover from injury, improve or rebuild physical ability, ease pain, and find relief.”

Patients at Restore Mobility Physio undergo an in-depth diagnosis and thorough assessment as staff develop a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
