ABBOTSFORD — Motorcycle enthusiasts across the Lower Mainland are gearing up for the return of the Motorcycle and Powersports Show. It’s the first time the exhibition has been held in the Lower Mainland since the onset of the pandemic.

Billing itself as Canada’s premier powersports event, the Motorcycle and Powersports Show caters to riders of all styles, ages, and experience levels at Tradex in Abbotsford from January 12 to 14.

Landon French, President and CEO of Moto Canada says the three-day event is a national showcase for major manufacturers in the sector. “As the destination for all of the latest models, gear, and information needed to have a great ride, our show brings the motorcycle and powersports communities together,” French said. “Whether you are a seasoned rider or brand new, interested in what it takes to enjoy the experience of the road or trail, this is the place to be.”

This year’s show boasts the first appearance under the new Moto Canada banner, following the merger of the Motorcycle and Moped Industry Council and the Canadian Highway Vehicle Distributors Council.

Among the special features at the Abbotsford show are sneak peeks at the latest 2024 models, new gear and accessories, and a spotlight on the rapidly growing adventure riding segment. The event will also introduce “She Rides Night,” providing an opportunity for motorcycle-curious women to explore the riding culture and lifestyle. “The motorcycle and quad lifestyle is one that people are curious about. The Motorcycle and Powersports Show is a playground for both the moto-enthusiast and the moto-curious,” French added.

Online tickets are now on sale at showpass.com/vancouver-motorcycle-powersports-show. The show will run from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. January 12, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. January 13, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on January 14.
