CHILLIWACK — While the G.W. Graham senior varsity football team gets a first round bye, the junior varsity Grizzlies are poised and ready for week 1 of AAA provincial playoffs as they take on the Centennial Centaurs of Coquitlam Thursday night (Nov. 9) at 7 p.m. at Exhibition Stadium in Chilliwack.

Their offence is led by running back Denver Adam, who has scored an incredible 17 TDs on the year, consisting of 13 rushing TDs and four receiving scores, and amassed over 1000 yards in 9 games. Adam has 800 yards rushing and 300 yards receiving, according to statistics provided by varsity assistant coach Ian Parks.

Quarterback Rylan Parks has made a name for himself around the conference with 10 touchdowns thrown, over 100 passing yards a game, a 70 per cent completion percentage, a rushing touchdown and an outstanding 117.9 quarterback rating.

Offensive lineman Zack Corrigan anchors the O-line by helping the run game and pass blocking. Defence has been led by DB/LB/DE Ridley Mastin, and linebackers Wyatt Carstensen and Jack Ekland, all with over 20 tackles each.
