CHILLIWACK — If you’re around the Cottonwood Centre mall Thursday morning and want to connect with local police over a free cup of coffee, here’s your opportunity.
Officers from the Upper Fraser Valley Regional Detachment in Chilliwack invite the public to join them at the Cottonwood Centre Starbucks on Luckakuck for coffee and conversation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 26.
Chilliwack RCMP Sgt. Krista Vrolyk, media relations spokesperson for the detachment, says there’s no hidden agenda behind the event.
And yes, if you stop by for a chat or have a question, coffee comes courtesy of the Chilliwack RCMP. There’s no charge.
