Shaw closes its doors in Chilliwack

Rogers closes the Shaw retail store on Commercial Court in Chilliwack

CHILLIWACK — As a result of a $26 billion merger between the two companies, Rogers Communications has closed the Shaw retail location at 44981 Commercial Court just off Evans Road in Chilliwack.

According to signage outside the former Shaw store, Shaw customers are invited to visit the Rogers store near Ardene in the Cottonwood Centre mall at 45585 Luckakuck Way.

This Rogers location inside the mall is a kiosk, not a brick-and-mortar store, with hours of 10-6 Monday through Saturday, 11-5 Sunday. Rogers says customers can receive assistance with internet, tv and home phone, Rogers and Shaw bill payment and Rogers mobile services.

Rogers Communications announced back in April 2023 that it had completed its historic merger with Shaw Communications.
