Arrest made in fatal Vancouver shooting

VANCOUVER — Vancouver police (VPD) say they have made an arrest in connection with a killing last month.

The VPD says officers arrested a man on Wednesday after a fatal shooting in East Vancouver on September 10th, but no charges have been laid so far.

Investigators say two men were shot near Victoria Drive and East 28th Avenue, and both were taken to hospital.

Police say one of the victims, 35-year-old Zuhoruddin Mansoori, died on Monday, and at the time of the shooting police said they’d identified a suspect whom they believed was known to the victims.
