CHILLIWACK — A vehicle fire heavily impacted westbound Highway 1 traffic near Annis Road Saturday afternoon (October 7) through Chilliwack.
A picture sent to Fraser Valley Today from Eastern Hillsides resident Erik Devisser shows plumes of smoke billowing from a vehicle in the shoulder of westbound Highway 1 at the Annis Road intersection.
