In particular, guided sturgeon fishing on the Fraser River epitomizes the battle of man versus fish for every big game fishing enthusiast out there. In addition to guided sturgeon tours, Fraser River Lodge caters to salmon fishers during two seasonal runs. Wilderness salmon fishing season goes from late July to October, while local salmon fishing lasts from September to November. Fraser River Lodge employs experienced jet boat pilots who run area rivers on a regular basis. When you’re done fishing, test your accuracy at the lodge trap shooting venue. Clay disks are launched, giving the marksman an opportunity to shoot and break the clay targets. Licensed pros at Fraser River Lodge will teach you all the components of safety before users get their hands on a .12 gauge shotgun. Once the shooter is fully engaged and ready, designated staff will call “Pull!” and launch the clay disk into the air.

For the corporate types who need a team-building exercise and an excuse to get out of the office, consider Snowmageddon. It’s similar to paintball but much cooler. And unlike your days of youth, you won’t get into trouble for throwing snowballs on the Fraser River Lodge playground. Snowmageddon features a fully facilitated snowball experience complete with perfect pre-made snowballs, bunkers and full-coverage helmets.
