CHILLIWACK — A convicted sex offender who reportedly breached his bail conditions on multiple occasions in Chilliwack is being sought by the Kamloops RCMP.
Joel Carlson, a 30-year-old male, is wanted by the Kamloops RCMP on an unendorsed warrant for six counts of breaching a release order. He is described as a Caucasian male, 6’2″, 221 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
According to court records online, Carlson reportedly breached his bail conditions in Chilliwack on six separate occasions in March. He also reportedly breached his conditional order in Chilliwack four times, with one in February and three in March.
