CHILLIWACK — It’s hard to resist the allure of heavily discounted goods like clothing, household items, trinkets, tools, and other deals just waiting to be had.

Therein lies the appeal of Chilliwack’s biggest garage sale as it holds its third sale this Saturday, April 1 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Chilliwack Heritage Park, 44140 Luckakuck Way.

It’ll be a wall-to-wall extravaganza of unique and discounted items, market vendors, and assorted antiquities since the Chilliwack Thrift Market wrote on its Facebook page on March 16 that it had booked all available vendors and was already accepting vendor applications for its next sale on Saturday, July 8.

Admission is $2 on a cash-only basis. Kids 10 and under are free.

There will be a concession stand in case patrons develop an insatiable hunger over the lunch hour.

The previous thrift market in January at Chilliwack Heritage Park had over 160 vendors with a wide array of goods for sale.

As a friendly reminder, patrons may want to bring a reusable bag.

Parking at Chilliwack Heritage Park is typically by donation, with proceeds going to the local food bank.
