Police investigate targeted homicide in Abbotsford

ABBOTSFORD — The Abbotsford Police Department is now investigating a fatal home stabbing that occurred Sunday morning, December 14.

At roughly 11:03 a.m., patrol officers responded to the incident in the 33900 block of McCrimmon Drive and found a man suffering from life-threatening injuries.

Despite lifesaving medical efforts from first responders, the man died from his injuries in hospital.

One man has been arrested at the scene.

The investigation remains in its early stages, and AbbyPD’s Major Crime Unit is handing the investigation to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team for further updates.
