Transition & Resource fair for youth and young adults living with a disability. Network with the community here to support the journey!

The transition fair is a combination of information booths, meet and greets and FUN!. You can receive information from community agencies who provide work and recreational opportunities, to advocacy groups, to community organizations such as special olympics and PADS. Drop in any time and stay for how every long you need. We will have refreshments and prizes to make it even more worth your time. Please register so we have an idea so we can plan for enough people.
