ST LOUIS — The St. Louis Blues have signed forward Milan Lucic to a professional tryout, the club announced Tuesday.

Lucic last played in the NHL during the 2023-24 season with the Boston Bruins, the team with which he spent the first eight seasons of his 17-year career. He had two assists in four games.

The 37-year-old took an indefinite leave of absence from the team in Nov. 2023 and later entered the NHL/NHLPA Player Assistance Program.

Lucic has since completed the program and been reinstated by the NHL.
