CHILLIWACK — A downtown Chilliwack church has rallied its congregation to help support community programs through a charitable giving campaign during the Christmas holiday season.

Main Street Church in Chilliwack posted to social media on January 2 that its Christmas Hope campaign exceeded its $300,000 campaign goal.

“Thank you, Main Street Church! Once again, we surpassed our Christmas Hope campaign goal of $300,000, and through your generosity, we raised $337,492.61,” the church said.

Main Street says thousands of people in Chilliwack have been and will be positively impacted in 2025 because of the generosity of its donors. Of the $337,492.61 raised, nearly $100,000 funded the church’s Christmas Hamper program.
