Chiefs beat Nanaimo Clippers 6-1 at home

CHILLIWACK – After giving up the first goal, the Chilliwack Chiefs netted six goals over three periods to beat the Nanaimo Clippers 6-1 at the coliseum Saturday night.

The home team had goals from six different scorers and got a 19-save performance from goalkeeper Owen Bresson.

The Chiefs are off until next weekend when they play a home-and-home series against the Surrey Eagles.
