Abbotsford Hospital upgrades clinical communication among staff with new technology
ABBOTSFORD — Patient-centred care embodies the objective among clinical staff at Abbotsford Regional Hospital.
During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, it became clear to clinical staff that the hospital needed to expedite communication and facilitate enhanced coordination in order to provide seamless care to patients.
According to a news release from the Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation this week, pagers used in years past would enable staff to receive notifications with a tedious number of things to process.
Those days are long gone.
