FRASER VALLEY – Telus says it will invest $15 billion in enhancing its network infrastructure and operations throughout British Columbia over the next few years, including a $31.1 million investment in Chilliwack, Abbotsford and Langley this year.

In a statement, Telus says the investments will facilitate faster, more reliable connectivity and boost productivity across the broader Canadian economy.

The company says it will invest in wireless enhancements across the Fraser Valley corridor to support better coverage and increased capacity for fast-growing communities like Chilliwack, Abbotsford and Langley.

Between now and through to 2030, Telus says it’s expanding the Telus PureFibre connectivity to more than 65 communities, homes and businesses, helping to stimulate job growth, accelerate innovation and promote greater productivity.
