Motor vehicle accident leaves over 2,100 without power in Abbotsford

ABBOTSFORD – A motor vehicle accident in Abbotsford has left over 2,100 customers without power Friday night.

According to BC Hydro’s online dashboard, 2,134 customers lost power at 12:08 p.m. Friday due to a motor vehicle accident.

The affected areas are in central Abbotsford, including homes and businesses east of Oriole Crescent, west of Eastview Street, south of Capilano Place and north of South Fraser Way, one of the primary roads in Abbotsford.

Crews are on site.
