46-year-old man wanted by police, refuses to turn himself in: Mission RCMP
MISSION – Mounties in Mission are hoping someone in the Fraser Valley can help them locate a 46-year-old man who was previously charged with theft under $5,000, assault, threats and breach of his release conditions.
According to a statement from police, Mission RCMP say Dustin Andrew Vivian is wanted on two counts of breaching a release order.
Police say they’ve been in contact with Vivian by phone but add that he has been unwilling to turn himself in.
Mission RCMP say he’s been known to travel back and forth between Mission and Abbotsford, and has numerous outstanding charges.
