UPDATE: Abbotsford PD says person of interest in fraud investigation has been identified

UPDATE: The Abbotsford PD now says the female who was linked to a fraud investigation has been identified. They released the following statement:

“Earlier this week, we shared a photo of a female involved in fraudulent transactions and asked for the public’s assistance in identifying her. Thanks to the information provided by our community, she has now been identified. This is a great example of how strong partnerships between police and the community help solve crime. Your willingness to come forward with information plays a critical role in holding offenders accountable and maintaining public safety. Together, we continue to send a clear message that criminal activity will not be tolerated in our community,” AbbyPD wrote online.

ABBOTSFORD – Police in Abbotsford are appealing to the public for help in identifying a female in connection with a fraud investigation.
