Woman believed to be traveling toward Maple Ridge, elsewhere in B.C., reported missing: RCMP
LOWER MAINLAND – A 40-year-old woman believed to be traveling to the Maple Ridge area and elsewhere in B.C. has been reported missing by the RCMP.
According to a statement from Penticton RCMP spokesperson Constable Olivier Nelis, who is assigned to the Special Victims Unit at that detachment, 40-year-old Amanda King was last seen in the Kelowna area on April 10, 2026. She is known to frequent Kamloops, Penticton and the Lower Mainland, particularly Ridge Meadows, Cst. Nelis said.
She is described as a Caucasian female, 5’9″ tall, 166 pounds, with brown shoulder-length hair and hazel eyes.
Police say they are very concerned for Amanda’s health and well-being.
