CHILLIWACK – The Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation says the dedicated volunteers behind the Chilliwack Hospital Auxiliary found a unique and heartfelt way to celebrate their 115th anniversary.
The Chilliwack Hospital Auxiliary celebrated 115 years of service by donating $115,000 to the Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation.
A celebration to mark the magnanimous deed was held last Friday, May 1 at Chilliwack General Hospital.
The foundation says the generous donation will fund an echocardiography machine at Chilliwack General Hospital.
