52-year-old Abbotsford man arrested for setting cars on fire
ABBOTSFORD — An Abbotsford man is facing charges for setting cars ablaze on Thursday evening (Apr. 16).
At around 9:44 p.m., patrol officers with the Abbotsford Police Department responded to a suspicious vehicle fire in a parking lot in the 2700 block of Gladwin Road, where investigators determined that a man had apparently tried to set the car on fire.
Shortly after, at roughly 10:17 p.m., AbbyPD received a report of a second vehicle fire in the 32800 block of South Fraser Way.
That car received “significant damage”.
