41-year-old B.C. man reported missing: Princeton RCMP

PRINCETON — Mounties in Princeton are appealing to the public for help in locating a 41-year-old man who was last seen at a sawmill in Princeton early Wednesday morning.

According to a statement from B.C. RCMP spokesperson Corporal Brett Urano, Eric Zomar was last seen at approximately 4:30 a.m. on April 15, 2026, at the Gorman Bros. Sawmill in Princeton, B.C. Police say he was wearing jeans, work boots, and a high-visibility shirt or jacket and driving his two-door Jeep Wrangler.

Mr. Zomar is described as the following:

  • Age: 41
  • Height 180 cm
  • Weight 73 kg
  • Slim build
  • Short brown hair
  • A moustache
  • Brown eyes

His vehicle is described as a:

  • Black two-door Jeep Wrangler
  • B.C. licence plate VR896D
  • Has a distinguishing spare tire cover with a cartoon skull and crossbones wearing a yellow hat with a red band

Police and his family are worried about his wel-lbeing, and his disappearance is out of character for Mr. Zomar.

Anyone who has seen Mr. Zomar, knows where he may be, or has information about his whereabouts or vehicle is asked to contact their local police or the Princeton RCMP at 250-295-6911.
