RCMP issues warning after fentanyl packages seized in Mission
MISSION — RCMP in Mission are asking residents to stay alert after recent instances of drug seizures in the community.
Police responded to 312 calls for service in the week between March 30 and April 5, according to the detachment’s latest Community Connection.
One call involved a business in the Mission Hills area, where staff reported two people who were camping out in front.
The attending officer noted that the people appeared to be under the influence of drugs, seized a pack they were carrying, and ensured that they left the business property.
