Hit and run in Abbotsford leaves pedestrian with life-threatening injuries: AbbyPD

ABBOTSFORD – Police in Abbotsford are investigating a reported hit and run collision Sunday morning that left a pedestrian with serious life-threatening injuries.

According to a statement from AbbyPD spokesperson Sgt. Paul Walker, patrol officers were called to Braun Avenue and Crescent Way at 5:52 a.m. Sunday morning (Feb. 15). Police say the pedestrian was transported to a Vancouver-area hospital with serious life-threatening injuries.

Sgt. Walker says the suspect vehicle fled the scene and has not been identified by police.

Braun Avenue and Crescent Way was closed this morning while the investigation continues.

Personnel from the Integrated Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Service has been deployed to assist with the investigation this morning.
