Chilliwack nonprofit seeks help after group destroys multiple lighting decor downtown
CHILLIWACK — A local business group is asking for the public’s help in identifying a small group of people who dimmed some lights in the downtown core.
At 3:20 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, video from the Downtown Chilliwack Business Improvement Association shows five individuals walking along Wellington Avenue and Mill Street.
One suspect – with red face-framing hair streaks and wearing a blue hoodie – appeared to be taking a knife towards the Christmas lighting sources and slashing them.
