BREAKING: Chilliwack teen who went missing Wednesday found in Burnaby

CHILLIWACK — After more than two days of searching by officials and hundreds of volunteers, Chilliwack RCMP say the missing 15-year-old has been found alive and safe.

The teen went missing at around 5:45 p.m. Wednesday, November 26, with no phone or bus pass.

The following night, a search party of over 170 volunteers went out to find him, with an additional search and canvassing effort deployed Friday evening.

RCMP say he has been located as of 7 a.m. today (Nov. 29).

“On November 29, 2025 at approximately 1:00 am, [the teen] was located by Metro Vancouver Transit Police in Burnaby, B.C. He was found safe and his parents were advised. The Chilliwack RCMP want to thank everyone who participated in efforts to locate him.,” said Sgt. Alexandra Greenley.
