Missing B.C. woman may have been in Surrey area: RCMP

SURREY — Police in Kamloops are asking for the public’s help in finding a missing local who may have been seen in the Surrey area recently.

On Wednesday, at around 9:30 a.m., 57-year-old Sherri-Lynn Bissonnette was last seen leaving her Kamloops home in a blue 2013 Chevrolet Silverado Pickup with BC plate SJ5370.

She has not been heard from since.

Bissonnette is described as 5’5”, 160 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She’s believed to be wearing jeans, a lightweight black puffy jacket and a baseball hat.

“Investigators have new information to indicate that Sherri-Lynn may have been in the Surrey area as recently as November 26, 2025, and are asking the public to contact the Kamloops RCMP Detachment or their local police,” said Corporal Dana Napier, detachment spokesperson.
