B.C. pop artist rides into Chilliwack with upcoming holiday concert

CHILLIWACK — A B.C. artist is looking to spread retro Christmas cheer with upcoming concerts across the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.

Next month, Zachary Stevenson will be coming to Chilliwack to perform Christmas classics alongside hits from the ’50s and ’60s.

“I’ve never been more excited to take a show on the road,” said Stevenson.

“This is a concert that I’ve been honing over the last five years, taking all of my favourite elements of classic Rock’n’Roll and adding my own personal spices to it. […] Also, I’ll be touring with some of B.C.’s’s very best musicians, and unlike a lot of shows these days, the music is performed 100% live – just like the good ol’ days.”

Guests can expect to hear songs from Elvis, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry and more.

The “Buddy” star is set to perform at The ACT Arts Centre in Maple Ridge on December 4, before stopping at the Chilliwack Cultural Centre on December 6 at 7:30 p.m.
