The Art of Reading comes to the Chilliwack Cultural Centre

CHILLIWACK — Book lovers may want to mark October 23 on their calendar for a unique literary experience. That’s the date the Chilliwack Cultural Centre will host The Art of Reading.

Those who attend the 7 p.m. event will pick from a selection of books wrapped in paper with only a few clues of their content. The event is being held in partnership with The Book Man.

Organizers say the participants could end up with a thrilling mystery, a heartwarming romance or even a mind-bending science fiction novel.

Those who attend can expect a cozy ambiance to mingle with other book lovers, a complimentary drink, and the enjoyment of uncovering a hidden literary gem.
