Abbotsford repeat offender facing firearms and stolen property charges

ABBOTSFORD — Abbotsford repeat offender facing numerous firearms and stolen property charges

Abbotsford police say they were able to arrest and charge a 39-year-old man with a history of violent offenses earlier this month.

Kyle Kollman was identified by the AbbyPD’s Gang Crime Unit while driving a stolen motorcycle near Clearbrook Road and Marshall Road on September 3. When arrested, police allege Kollman was in possession of a loaded handgun and a large amount of cash.

Police say Kollman has an extensive criminal history with violent, firearms and property offenses. He has now been charged with numerous firearms charges and possession of stolen property.

AbbyPD say the arrest is an example of the important work being done daily by its Gang Crime Unit.
