Langley crews respond to house fire Friday afternoon

LANGLEY — Fire crews have been paged out to the scene of a fully involved house fire in Langley Friday afternoon (Sep. 19).

At around 12:23 p.m., Langley RCMP responded to a report of a fire in the area of the 6600 block of 272 Street. The fire department was also present, along with a BC ambulance and an airlift.

“This investigation is in its very early stages therefore we are asking motorists and other road users to avoid the area and find alternate routes,” said Sergeant Zynal Sharoom of the Langley RCMP.

“Please give first responders room to work. Your cooperation helps keep everyone safe and allows emergency crews to make the area safe.”
